Parental Alienation Syndrome
Parental Alienation Syndrome is perhaps the most difficult of all family law matters to deal with.  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Parental_alienation  I am currently working on a variety of innovative tools to help families try and deal with this extremely difficult and agonizing situation.

Credit Acceptance Corp v. 46th District Court
In an unpublished case decided in January, 2007, the Michigan Court of Appeals has ruled that a court must follow the garnishment rules precisely.  The court issuing the garnishment cannot require a judgment creditor to submit additional supporting documentation when requesting a writ of garnishment.
